• paypal usd only

• no holds slots and payment has to be sent during the next 24h

• absolutely forbidden to use my work as NFTS

• absolutely forbidden to use my work to train AI

• payment will be made before I start working on the commission

• sketch will be send for approbation, edits can be made

• refund only available if I didn't start the drawing ; 50% refund if sketch has been sent

• no edits / refund once the piece is done

• +5~10$ can be added for complex designs

You accept and acknowledge that the laws of France apply to our contractual relation established when a commission is accepted by me (the « Commission »), in particular the intellectual property law.

The Commission does not confer to you any intellectual property rights whatsoever, and may not be construed as such. Consequently, you are not entitled any intellectual property rights whatsoever on the artwork commissioned (the « Artwork »).

Given the above,

- I reserve the right of communicating to the public the Artwork, by any means whatsoever, through any medium, and

- You are not entitled to communicate the Artwork to the public, nor to make any commercial use of the Artwork whatsoever.

You may however request my prior authorization to communicate the Artwork to the public (e.g. posting the Artwork on a social media). Such authorization may be issued at my discretion, in written and for the specific uses accepted only.

Notwithstanding the above, I expressly authorize to you the following uses of the Artwork:

- Avatar/banner, profile picture on social media, and

- Background of a phone or a computer.
